Promo Florence Events - Società Fly Events Srl is a company specialized in the Creation, Promotion and Organization of Events in the field of Art, Culture and Science.Since 2006, Promo Florence Events is the main partner of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation for whom is in charge of the organisation of its events.
It manages any kind of events from conferences, international seminars, congresses, as well as concerts, fashion shows and courses of specialization, and it also has a role of support for the scientific coordination of such events.Promo Florence Events stays beside the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation once it finalizes an idea of event thanks to its international network of experts and it follows the creation of the draft, the development of the idea and the management of the event in the respect of the aims of the Foundation itself and within the context of the ethos Life Beyond Tourism®, created by the Foundation.
Together with the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation , Promo Florence Events developed several stable cooperation’s with institutional partners such as the FlorenceTownMunicipality, the Gabinetto Scientifico Letterario G.P.Vieusseux, the StibbertMuseum or the Uffizi Gallery.
EVENTS IN COLLABORATION WITH ICOMOS E UNESCO Promo Florence Events has been side by side with the Foundation in the organization of international conferences of the ICOMOS Scientific Committees of which the Foundation is institutional member, and other ICOMOS and UNESCO events:

Through the years Promo Florence Events created and organized, from ideas of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, international events of relevant scientific value, such as:
Degree & Profession– Florence World Festival: annual event organized for young graduates to present their ideas and projects in front of a specialized international audience of professional and professors. The 8th edition will be held in Florence from the 1st to the 4th of March 2012 and will follow the 2011 Edition dedicated to “Heritage and Intercultural Dialogue: the role of the young generations”. The Festival has a average participation of 350 people from over 20 countries

Costume Colloquium – bi-annual conference on all topics and issues related to costume and textiles, promoting international, interdisciplinary and inter-cultural exchange of information and ideas. The events were:

The events have an average of 250 participants from over 20 countries.
Domes in the World – highly specialized scientific conference on domes and its related topics, will be held 19-23 March 2012, after its ideation in 2009. The conference will make of Florence the centre of interest for experts and passionate of domes.
The conference is planned for over 400 participants. 350 abstract were received from 38 countries.
International Student Workshop – every year in Florence professors and students of different countries participate to those one week seminars to experience intercultural dialogue also by living the cultural heritage of Florence. The topics are Architecture, Restoration, Medicine, Arts, History of Arts. On average 15 workshops are organized with over 350 people participating from around 20 countries.
Cultural Weeks in Florence –Since 2009 were organized in Florence several Festivals dedicated to the culture of less known countries that come to present themselves through exhibitions, conferences and concerts.

“Rescuing the Hidden European Wooden Churches Heritage” – a project within the Culture 2000 European programme that in 2006 involved seven European universities on the topic of wooden heritage. The project was finalized withe the production of the volume published with the same name.
